What are the payment methods available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards & PayPal : MasterCard, Visa, JCB, American Express, Delta and Maestro. Please note that all payments are charged in us dollar. The final amount reflected on your bill may differ depending on the exchange rate at the time your bank processes the transaction. Money orders, personal checks or company checks not accepted.

Will I get notifications about my order status?

We tend to keep our customers well informed at every stage of the order progress. Therefore, you will receive the confirmation mail after the order was placed. You will receive the notification mail with the tracking number once the order has shipped out.

How to cancel my order or change the shipping address?

To cancel or modify the order, please contact us immediately. An order cancellation or modification could only be accepted before the goods are shipped out.

How quickly will my order be processed?

All standard orders placed before 12 p.m. processed within 1 business day of payment verification. Orders placed after 12 p.m. or weekends are processed the following business day. Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.

What if my order has not arrived?

You may contact the carrier with the tracking number to check the status of the order as a quickest way. Bear in mind that during sale periods and promotions, delivery dates may be longer.
If the order status hasn't been updates for a while, please contact our customer service immediately, we will going through the status investigation. Once the order is indeed lost, we will resend the order to you at no cost. We regret to inform you that we do not accept merchandise for refunds.

What if package arrived damaged?

Please contact our customer service immediately. Be aware providing the clear photos of defected item including the outer packaging with the shipping label is necessary. We may not deal with this kind of issue if lacking of evidence.
