SHIPPING POLICY

Things to Know

Once the order is completed, it will be set for delivery within 1-3 days. The shipping can be tracked via tracking number through order details after shipped out.

Packages processed in special holidays (ex: Thanksgiving and Christmas) or under serious weather condition (ex: storms) are not included in above estimated shipping days.

Estimated arrival date is not guaranteed. The accurate shipping time depends on the carriers. If the failed delivery was caused by invalid address or attempted delivery, the buyer will take responsibility for the resend freight.

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.

We do not ship to Freight Forwarding/Logistic addresses.

Some orders will ship out in multiple packages.

Some gas powered or volatile items (e.g. generators, engines, spray paint) cannot ship by air or express service due to regulations.

Free shipping is only available in the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible. This limited-time offer is subject to change without notice.

Standard Free Shipping: 1-5 Business Days

Alaska/Hawaii: 3-7 business Days (Items over 70 lbs. cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii, the shipping rates will vary depends on the weight of order.)
