If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products on EWK tools official website, you may return the product within 90 days from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement. Please contact EWK tools Customer Team for further help.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased on EWK tools Amazon store, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement. Please contact Amazon Customer Team directly.


Things to Know

  • Special offer item can’t be returned.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • A 20% re-stocking fee may apply to an item being returned.
  • The re-stocking fee will be waived if any of these conditions are met:
  •   1. Item is unopened and in new condition.
      2. Item is replaced under Limited Warranty Policy.
      3. Damaged or defective items caused by shipping carrier.
  • All returns must be authorized by ewktool before sending it back.
  • Item must be in new with original packaging, resalable and sealed condition (which is determined solely by ewktool). Never install, modify or use.
  • Fee may apply if an item is determined as not in original condition.
  • A refund will be made within 5 days after the returned item received.
  • For safety reasons, items must not contain oil, gas and any hazardous substances at the time of return.

    EWK is committed to supporting our products with a straightforward warranty under normal use from the date of purchase. To qualify for the warranty, please ensure that you Register your product on the EWK official website within 45 days of purchase from authorized sales channels. For details on warranty periods for different products, please refer to the chart below.



    Things to Know

  • Each order is eligible for only one warranty claim.
  • Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item. Warranties on products become void upon full refund.
  • We warrant products against deficiencies in material and workmanship for the useful life of the tool.
  • The Limited Warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or to lack of maintenance.
  • EWK is not responsible for damage resulting from excessive wear, misuse, abuse,damage from accident or alteration of this product.
  • We shall in no event be liable for death,injuries to persons or property, or for incidental and contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our product.
  • This limited warranty excludes all incidental or consequential damages.
  • As soon as the defect was verified, the replacement will be arrangement ASAP.
  • Proof of purchase, date and an explanation of the complaint with pictures is required to take advantage of this warranty.

  • *Electronic Digital Torque Product Warranty Coverage

    During the warranty period, if the product exhibits defects in materials or in manufacturing that affect its functionality, we will either repair the product or replace it with a new one of the same model.

    Coverage Includes:

    1. Failure to power on
    2. Non-responsive buttons
    3. Screen display issues
    4. Non-functional control features


    Warranty Exclusions:

    Even within the warranty period, the product is not covered under the following conditions. The consumer will be responsible for all repair or material costs, as per the repair service point designated by the local distributor.

    1. Damage caused by improper use, not in accordance with the user manual or instructions, including damage due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, floods), human actions (e.g., scratches,abrasions, impact), or human negligence (e.g., loss, liquid intrusion, improper storage) and other abnormal conditions.

    2. Scratches or wear on the product's exterior or parts that do not require disassembly during normal use.
    3. Damage resulting from installation,addition, expansion, modification, or repair by the customer or a third party using non-authorized or non-recognized parts.
    4. Malfunctions caused by other products or equipment.
    5. Disassembly, self-modification, and replacement of the rechargeable battery are not covered.
    6. Damage to appearance, exterior, or decorative parts is not covered under warranty and no free repair service will be provided.
